Biography
Dr. Arjita is a Consultant Psychiatrist with clinical experience spanning adult psychiatry, child and adolescent mental health, addiction psychiatry, and emergency psychiatric services. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centred mental healthcare, creating collaborative treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
After completing her medical education and specialist training in psychiatry, Dr. Arjita has worked across hospital and de-addiction settings, gaining extensive experience in the assessment and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Her clinical interests include suicide prevention, neurodevelopmental disorders, psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and young adults.
Alongside her clinical practice, she is actively involved in academic teaching, case discussions, and continuing medical education.
