Affordable and accessible mental healthcare
Compassion. Dignity. Community.

Mukta MindGuild Trust is the social impact arm of MindGuild, dedicated to making high-quality mental healthcare, education, and psychological support accessible to those who need it most.
The Trust is named in honour of Mukta, Sindhu Wadhwa's sister, whose lived experience became a profound moral and emotional foundation for this institution. The Trust represents the belief that individuals and families navigating neurological, developmental, psychiatric, and behavioural challenges deserve not only clinical care, but dignity, sustained community support, and genuine human connection. It is the social conscience at the heart of everything MindGuild does.
Our vision is to build psychologically informed communities where no one has to navigate mental health challenges alone. Through partnerships with clinicians, educators, researchers, and community organisations, we strive to create sustainable systems of care that strengthen individuals, families, and society.

The Mukta MindGuild Community Clinic provides affordable and, where possible, free psychological services while helping train the next generation of psychotherapists.
Clients receive therapy from MindGuild Resident Therapists working under the close supervision of experienced Clinical Psychologists, ensuring ethical, compassionate, and high-quality care.

The clinic is open to anyone seeking affordable psychological support, including individuals experiencing:

Anxiety, stress, or burnout

Depression or low mood

Relationship or family concerns

Grief and life transitions

Work or academic challenges

Low self-esteem or identity concerns

Emotional regulation difficulties

Personal growth and emotional well-being
We also support caregivers and families who would benefit from guidance, psychoeducation, and emotional support.

The clinic is best suited for individuals seeking outpatient psychotherapy. If someone requires emergency psychiatric care or a higher level of clinical support, our team will help connect them with the appropriate services.

We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and heard. Every client receives confidential, ethical, and supervised care, while every therapy session also contributes to the training of future psychotherapists. By combining accessible mental healthcare with exceptional clinical education, we're helping people today while strengthening the future of mental healthcare in India.
