Biography

Mehak Saini is a Psychologist, PhD Researcher, and mental health educator whose work bridges psychotherapy, psychological research, therapist development, and emerging technologies. Through her independent private practice, she provides psychotherapy, couples counselling, and well-being support, bringing over 1,500 hours of clinical experience across outpatient, corporate, and community mental health settings.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, Mehak's research examines the evolving relationship between humans and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on attachment processes, emotional well-being, cognition, and social adaptation. Her work contributes to emerging discussions around digital intimacy, human–AI interaction, and the future of psychological care in increasingly technology-mediated environments.

Beyond her clinical and academic pursuits, Mehak is actively involved in youth leadership and mental health advocacy through national and international initiatives. Passionate about advancing accessible, innovative, and evidence-informed mental healthcare, she continues to explore how psychology can respond to the changing nature of relationships, identity, and human connection in the digital age.
