Pallavi
Psychotherapist | Clinical Supervisor | Trainer | Child & Adolescent Mental Health Professional
Biography
Pallavi is a Psychotherapist, Trainer, and Clinical Supervisor who works with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of emotional, developmental, and relational concerns. Following an early career in the corporate sector and the management of an early learning centre, she transitioned into mental health, bringing a rich understanding of human development across diverse life contexts.
With specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and advanced psychodynamic psychotherapy, Pallavi's work is grounded in a relational, psychodynamic, and integrative approach. She believes that meaningful therapeutic change emerges through understanding the person beyond symptoms or diagnoses, with careful attention to emotional experiences, relational patterns, and the therapeutic relationship itself.
Alongside her clinical practice, Pallavi is deeply engaged in training and supervision. She values reflective practice, experiential learning, and critical inquiry, encouraging mental health professionals to cultivate curiosity, embrace complexity, and develop an authentic therapeutic identity that is both ethical and responsive to the unique needs of those they serve.
