Biography
Radhika Kakkar is a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Educator and Workshop Facilitator who works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a broad range of emotional, relational, academic, and life-stage concerns. She is dedicated to creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
Having spent much of her life living outside India, Radhika brings a unique cross-cultural lens to her work. Her experiences navigating multiple cultural identities, languages, and value systems have shaped her nuanced understanding of belonging, identity, family dynamics, and human connection. This perspective enables her to work sensitively with individuals from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds.
Grounded in a relational and body-based therapeutic approach, Radhika helps clients explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, bodily experiences, relationships, and core beliefs. She believes that healing involves not only understanding psychological patterns but also developing awareness of how life experiences are held within the body and expressed through relationships. Through collaborative exploration, clients are supported in building emotional resilience, strengthening self-awareness, and fostering authentic connections with themselves and others.
