Biography
Dr. Roma Kumar is one of India's most respected psychologists, with over 30 years of experience dedicated to clinical psychology, child and adolescent mental health, psychotherapy, teaching, and mental health advocacy. Widely recognized for combining scientific expertise with deep compassion, she has devoted her career to improving psychological well-being across hospitals, educational institutions, communities, and families.
A pioneer in child clinical psychology, Dr. Kumar has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, offering evidence-based interventions while promoting emotional resilience and developmental well-being. Her work spans developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, parenting, learning disabilities, family therapy, and psychological rehabilitation.
