Biography

Seher Vaderaa is a Counselling Psychotherapist with experience across clinical practice, hospital-based mental healthcare, research, and psychological service management. She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic space where individuals can explore their emotional experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

With a strong academic foundation in psychology and clinical training across diverse settings, Seher combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a deeply client-centered perspective. Her professional journey has included roles in multidisciplinary mental health environments, rehabilitation-focused care, and psychological services within leading healthcare institutions. She has also contributed to research initiatives at internationally recognized institutions, including Harvard University and McLean Hospital in the United States.

Currently practicing as a Counselling Psychologist, Seher works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, interpersonal, and psychological concerns. Passionate about accessible and ethical mental healthcare, she strives to empower individuals through compassionate support, self-understanding, and evidence-informed psychotherapy.
