Shama Shah is a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 14 years of experience in psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and mental health education. She is dedicated to fostering reflective, ethical, and evidence-informed mental healthcare, creating collaborative spaces that support healing, professional growth, and lifelong learning.

Holding a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Supervision for Mental Health, she has worked across educational institutions, clinical settings, and corporate environments, delivering both individual psychotherapy and group-based interventions. Her diverse professional experience enables her to integrate clinical expertise with a strong commitment to supervision, mentorship, and training.

Currently in private practice in Bengaluru, she provides psychotherapy and clinical supervision to mental health professionals and trainees.
