Sindhu Wadhwa

Sindhu Upadhyay Wadhwa is a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and the Founder and Clinical Director of MindGuild Academy. With over 22 years of clinical experience, she has worked with individuals, couples, families, and organisations across a broad range of psychological, emotional, and relational concerns.

Her practice integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, and culturally informed mental health approaches. She helps clients navigate mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity, and the particular pressures of high-functioning professional life.

As Founder and Clinical Director, Sindhu leads the academic direction, clinical philosophy, and curriculum architecture of MindGuild with the long-term ambition of making it India's most respected institution for psychotherapy training and psychological leadership.
